How do I book my holiday?
On our marketplace, you have the freedom to book everything you need for your trip, including accommodation, ski passes, ski lessons, equipment hire, activities, and more.
1) Start your search: Use the booking engines to enter your holiday dates. This will display all available offers for your chosen dates.
2) Select your services: Fill in the necessary fields based on the type of service you want, then confirm when you find the right option. Your selections will be saved in your basket.
3) Review your basket: In your basket, you can add more services or proceed to finalise your bookings.
4) Enter your details: Provide your contact information and preferred payment method.
5) Complete your purchase: Make your payment, and ensure you receive a confirmation email for each service you booked.
A booking notification will also be sent to each service provider regarding your order.

Payment by e-voucher is not yet available for online bookings.
What are the cancellation terms and conditions?
If you haven’t purchased cancellation insurance, the cancellation conditions are outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for each service. Each service has its own cancellation policy, which you can find at the basket stage when you confirm the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
