What to bring
- No medical contraindications for hiking.
- Snowshoes and poles in winter
- Hiking boots or Canadian boots
- Rucksack (10 to 30 litres depending on the length of the hike)
- Gore-tex windproof jacket
- Mountain trousers or tights + trousers
- Hat - gloves - sunglasses
- Water bottle - cereal bars
- Sun cream
