On this forest walk, we'll take a playful look at the life of a trapper. A discreet approach to the fauna of our forests, where we'll be able to identify the tracks and clues that betray the presence of these discreet animals. We'll learn how to make a fire and enjoy a chocolate fondue to round off this adventure.

Astronomy walk

A hike under the stars!

In the mountains, the absence of light pollution and the thinner atmosphere give you a unique opportunity to observe the stars.
On the programme: We walk to a high plateau to get a clear view of the celestial vault. While we waited for nightfall, we sampled some local charcuterie and cheeses.
Armed with my laser pointer, I'll show you the constellations and visible stars. This will be an opportunity to go back over the origin of their names and talk mythology. Meet up around 7.30pm and return around 10.30pm.

A gentle climb (150 to 180m ascent) by moonlight or headlamp to a promontory overlooking the Cerdagne. The sun's first rays behind the Canigou gradually illuminate an exceptional setting!
Hot chocolate and croissants, then a morning descent beneath the awakening mountain forest.
Return early morning.

A mountain day in a wild setting, with blue lakes bordered by imposing snowdrifts where the isards come to cool off. The peak of La Coumette d'Espagne (2605), the highest point of this hike, offers a breathtaking view of the vast Ariege massif. Return via the La Grave valley to marmot colonies.
