Located in a quiet residential area just 500 m from the village centre, the residence makes it easy for you to take advantage of the resort's shops and services: bakeries, restaurants, bars and boutiques are all within a radius of around 600 metres. A supermarket is 2 km away.

In winter, winter sports fans can easily reach the ski area: the foot of the Airelles slopes is just 3.5 km away, with parking nearby. In summer, Font-Romeu becomes a veritable nature playground, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Catalanes, with hiking, mountain biking, sporting activities and relaxation.

To relax after your days in the mountains, the residence has the following facilities at your disposal:

The residence is made up of 5 2-storey buildings without a lift, and offers accommodation ranging from studios for 2 people to spacious duplex flats for 7 or 8 people.

All flats are fully equipped for your stay:

- bathroom or shower room

- separate WC for most flats

- television

- balcony or terrace with garden furniture

Some flats also offer beautiful views over the valley.
