THE ACCOMMODATION

Your host, Aristide, a former French national biathlete and ESF ski instructor in Font-Romeu for 20 years, is on hand to advise you on the slopes, activities and the best places to visit.

New chalet (RE2020) designed for groups: everyone has their own en-suite bathroom, the whole group can gather in the 72 m² living area, and the spa awaits your return from the slopes.

The chalet is spread over three floors and accommodates up to 15 people, with 17 single beds (the two extra beds allow for more flexible sleeping arrangements).

LEVEL 0 — Entrance & utility room

Entrance hall with a boot dryer for 18 people, table football, darts, washing machine and tumble dryer. Baby kit available on request: travel cot, high chair, baby bath.

LEVEL +1 — Living area & 2 suites

• 72 m² living area facing south through large floor-to-ceiling windows.

• Kitchen equipped to cater for 15 people comfortably: 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, professional range cooker, large fridge, 5.60 m worktop, paella pan.

• Dining table seating 18, bar, lounge seating 18 facing a 100-inch TV.

• Suite 1: 3 beds (80×200) which can be arranged as 1 double bed (160×200) + 1 single bed (80×200), walk-in shower, washbasin

• Suite 2: 3 beds (80×200) which can be arranged to form 1 double bed (160×200) + 1 single bed (80×200), walk-in shower, washbasin

Accommodates up to 31 guests with the ‘Chalet Quiétude’ + the ‘Mont Chalet’

The ‘Chalet Quiétude’ (17 beds) can be combined with the ‘Mont Chalet’ (14 beds), located just a few metres away on the same street. Together, they offer a total of 31 beds — ideal for large groups, weddings, large-scale seminars or team sports camps.

Preferential rates apply if you book both chalets together.

GUEST ACCESS

The chalet is made available to you in its entirety. No space is shared with the owner or any other guest.

You have exclusive access to:

• The 3 living areas (225 m²)

• The 4 private suites and the dormitory (17 beds, max. 15 people)

• The living room, kitchen and all bathrooms

• The south-facing terrace with a 6-seater Jacuzzi spa and barbecue/plancha

• The 25 m² garden

• The private 2-car garage (45 m²)

• The private outdoor car park with space for 2 cars

Fibre broadband included throughout the chalet.

DISTANCE TO THE SKI SLOPES

The ski slopes are approximately 5 km from the chalets, with two options:

– By car: the large free car park at the base of Les Airelles (the start of the slopes at Font-Romeu) is 5 km away, a 5- to 10-minute drive from the chalet. Ideal for setting off at a time that suits you.

– By free ski bus: the stop is a 2-minute walk from the chalet; buses run every 15 minutes, and the journey takes 10 minutes to the new “Airelles Express” gondola, which will drop you off at the Airelles ski area. No parking worries whatsoever.

In both cases, the ski area does not extend down to the village: all guests staying in Font-Romeu must take their car or the ski bus/gondola lift.

SKI HOLIDAY

Boot dryer for 18 pairs at the entrance, locked garage for equipment, underfloor heating throughout, 6-seater Jacuzzi spa, heated all year round. After a day on the slopes: a cinema for the children, a pool table and a spa for the adults.

The chalet is ideal for extended families, holidays with friends (skiing, summer, weekends), corporate seminars, sports retreats and training courses.

PETS WELCOME

Dogs and cats are welcome, regardless of size. Beds, bowls and dedicated mats can be provided in advance — please specify this in your booking enquiry.

HOUSE RULES

• The chalet is situated in a residential estate

• No smoking indoors (smoking permitted on the terrace; ashtray provided)

• Strict maximum capacity: 15 people (including children over 2 years old), 17 single beds available

JACUZZI SPA

• Maximum of 6 people at any one time

• No glass or sharp objects in the pool

• Thermal cover must be replaced after use

PARKING (free, included)

• Space for 2 large vehicles in the private locked garage

• Space for 2 large vehicles in the private outdoor car park

• Free on-street parking in the immediate vicinity

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Arrival from 5.00 pm, self-service check-in

• Departure by 11.00 am
