Family chalet in old wood and stone in the heart of the mountain village of Bolquère. 10 minutes from the slopes of the Pyrénées 2000 resort, linked to the Font Romeu resort.

The lower part sleeps 4 with a simple, modern living area; fitted kitchen, lounge and dining table. One double bedroom, bed 160x180 and one bedroom with single bunk bed 90x180.

The upper part sleeps 8, with a bright, comfortable living area, wood-burning stove, television, WiFi and open-plan kitchen with raclette machine, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker.

3 double bedrooms with 160x180 beds and one bedroom with 2 90x180 single beds.

Sunny balcony-terrace, parking space on the property and pleasant, unfenced garden.

- 1 fully-equipped "Schmidt" texture kitchen in black and wood
- 1 master bedroom, dressing room, shower room and separate wc

- 3 bedrooms in the night space, each with its own shower room and separate toilet.

Hiona Lodge opens onto a charming outbuilding with wooden terrace, comprising :
- 1 kitchen
- 1 lounge with fireplace
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 shower rooms, each with toilet.

Respectful of the landscape, all around the view opens up to the contemplation of the garden under the gaze of squirrels.

From the chalet, there is a free shuttle service to the Pyrénes 2000 and Font Romeu ski slopes, numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails and the Etang du Ticou with its barbecues.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the local delicatessen: the century-old Blanc butcher's shop in the heart of the village of Bolquère.
