The lower part sleeps 4 with a simple, modern living area; fitted kitchen, lounge and dining table. One double bedroom, bed 160x180 and one bedroom with single bunk bed 90x180.

Upstairs sleeping 8 with bright, comfortable living area; wood-burning stove, television, wifi and open-plan kitchen with raclette machine and Dolce Gusto filter and capsule coffee makers.

3 double bedrooms with 160x180 beds and one bedroom with 2 90x180 single beds.

Sunny balcony-terrace, parking space on the property and pleasant unfenced garden.

- 1 dining room with a generous solid pine dining table and two large benches. All lit by a woollen ceiling light and warmed by the proximity of the pellet stove flame.
- 1 fully equipped ‘Schmidt’ texture kitchen in black and wood
- 1 master bedroom, dressing room, shower room and separate wc
- 3 bedrooms in the sleeping area, each with its own shower room and separate toilet.

Hiona Lodge opens onto a charming outbuilding with wooden terrace, comprising :
- 1 kitchen
- 1 lounge with fireplace
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 shower rooms, each with toilet.

Respectful of the landscape, the view from all around is open to the contemplation of the garden under the gaze of the squirrels.

From the chalet, there is a free shuttle service to the Pyrénes 2000 and Font Romeu ski slopes, as well as numerous hiking, snowshoeing and walking trails.
